Wrk Lab provided 100% of the furniture for this new 50,000 sqft building. Inside contains 40 private offices, conference rooms, 100 workstations, breakrooms & the President's office. We also decommissioned HCC's old 8 story building & moved the contents to the new building.

Along with all of the furniture in this space, Wrk Lab also installed all of the glass office fronts for this 20,000 sqft Class A buildout. This client wanted an unique tint and smoke colored glass was the perfect solution.

Wrk Lab provided all the furniture for this 20,000 sqft, Class A office space located in downtown Ft Lauderdale. Everything you see from the live edge conference table to the monitor arms, from furniture in the private offices to the furniture in the Mother's room was Wrk Lab.

Wrk Lab received a full sole-source award for this 16,000 sqft build-out. This included all furniture, demountable walls, sound masking & privacy glass film. Our Commercial Services division also completed this company's move to their new space and decommissioned their old space.

This client wanted to modernize their downtown Miami office. We filled their almost 65,000 sqft space with furniture for their conference, breakrooms & reception area. We also supplied all of the workstations, seating, lounges & tables.

This was a fun project for Wrk Lab! Located in Ft Lauderdale, we procured all of the furniture for this client's lux amenity spaces including pool deck, game room, yoga lawn, etc. We also furnished the pieces to outfit 100 of their luxury rental homes.

In Ramp's expansion office in Wynwood, we maximized their 8,000 sqft with a blend of workstations, private offices, board, meeting & huddle rooms, collab areas & lounge furniture. Client wanted individual workstations, but also plenty of collab & privacy available for their team.

Wrk Lab provided all the furniture for the new IMCF's new state of the art Training Center. This included the cafeteria which overlooks the practice fields.

Alur was the perfect wall solution for this client and it's showcased with 340 linear ft of glass fronts in this space. Also showcased is over 315 linear ft of privacy film on 21 private offices & 3 conference rooms. Wrk Lab was the exclusive wall partner on this project.

Wrk Lab furnished this client's approximate 45,000 sqft office that spans over 2 floors. We provided furniture for the 12+ conference rooms, 250+ workstations, executive & shared offices, collaboration & lounge areas, wellness rooms, phonebooths & cafeteria.

The Dolphins new Baptist Health Training Complex in Miami Gardens. Wrk Lab provided all of the office, conference rooms, training rooms, and player dining furniture.
